Returns:
Merchandise must be returned in original, unused condition including all tags and original packaging within 7 days of receipt.

Shipping on returns is non-refundable. COD or items received without an RMA number will not be accepted.

All return merchandise must be accompanied by an RMA Number.
RMA numbers may be obtained be emailing info@bottlebabies.com, stating the problem encountered, date of purchase and full name and address.

Damage Parts Received:
If the shipping box appears damaged do not sign for it and it will be returned to us. 
If the shipment has internal damage, you must notify us within 48 hours. We will
exchange the item for the amount of purchase when we receive the return.

If a damaged item has been received, it will be replaced if we are notified within the 48 hour notification period. Shipping of the defective/damaged item will be paid by Aquarius Products.

If the unit was received prior to the 7-day return date, the customer shall be responsible for the cost of shipping and replacement of any parts.

Used Water bottles will not be replaced due to health and sanitary reasons.

Orders Received:
Orders received will be confirmed within a 48 hour period. If you have not received a confirmation please email info@bottlebabies.com to verify the order was received.

Shipping:
Shipping is by USPS Priority Mail. Cost of larger orders is calculated using total order weight and current rate tables. All orders are shipped FOB Reno, NV USA.

International Orders:
Yes, we do ship internationally. For information on international shipping and pricing, please email info@bottlebabies.com.

Warranty:
Warranty is for defects in materials, workmanship or damage incurred during shipping and must be reported by email or phone call within the specified time limit. The base and posts are manufactured by Aquarius Products and are guaranteed for life. 

The brackets and bottles are manufactured by water bottle companies and carry no warranty from the manufactures. Aquarius Products "Bottlebabies" will warrant them for 7 days.
